If you need to return an item you can begin the process by following the steps below:
1.Please offer issue description and photo that clearly show the problem with the item. Click for submit Support Tickets
2. Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.
3. Customer Service will approve your return . Please fill the return form out completely and send your item(s) back to us as soon as possible.
4.When you return,Please offer me the tracking number and express company.
5. When we have received your package, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days and then your refund will be issued.
We currently do not provide a return label.
